This place is always hopping and it's easy to understand why. The place itself is in a great location with great parking, it's well-designed and put together for functionality, seating, and movement throughout. The cleanliness is superb. We watch them move tables and chairs to ensure the floors are clean as well as, clean as things should be cleaned; if not better. The bathroom is clean and not caked in dust or dirt; well-maintained. The staff from top to bottom is very well-mannered, kind, and helpful. The food never disappoints, ever! At least it hasn't for me anyway, or any family and friends I have brought to Alton's who have made it a staple on their menu of choices. We've been going here for years, upon years. Today we ordered the spinach feta omelet with crispy home fries with onion and rye toast and Alton's Special breakfast (pancakes, eggs, bacon). We will continue enjoying Alton's to say the least.

Second time coming here it wasn’t too bad, we had the waiter Thomas. He seemed sort of rude but he got the job done, he got everything we asked for in a timely manner. We sat next to the servers station so we heard all the gossip for the night… they kept singing, ice, ice baby and got it stuck in our heads food came out fairly quickly. But the baklava cheesecake is where it is at.

Absolutely one of my favorite places I ate in a long time. my favorite in Buffalo! Food was perfect. Chicken was moist and portions was much had to take the rest to go for leftovers. The value is incredible. The food delicious. I loved the hometown ambiance. My waitress (Olga) was such a joy to have! She had me laughing throughout and gave this warm-hearted feeling every time she came by to check if refill was needed or anything else. This place I felt deserved everything I could give in tips. It was like having a meal at a hometown diner from way back.

Always lovely. Accessible; kind staff; food is fresh even at the end of the day. Avgolemono soup is a great comfort food and comes out piping hot, but maybe a little salty.
Staff are so friendly and professional that I always enjoy meeting them. My order is always accurate.
Note: They have Pepsi products.

The food was okay. It came out Luke warm. I like my food hot, and it never did get real hot. The waitress reheated it but it didn't suffice. The meat was tender and the gravy was a little salty. The carrots and celery needed to be cooked more for my liking. On the flip side our server was very attentive and available immediately for requests.
