We had an absolutely incredible experience at Apollo Restaurant! We went on Mother’s Day and the place was full to the brim. We put our name down and ended up getting seated within 5 minutes.
The service was quick and friendly, with coffee refills before we could even ask.
The menu was large with lots of options for everyone - and the offerings went beyond basic diner food which was a fun surprise. When our food finally arrived the portions were HUGE! We ordered the open Greek chicken souvlaki, short stack of blueberry pancakes with a side of bacon, and country omelette with a side of corned beef hash. My mom couldn’t stop saying how huge the pancakes were and how many blueberries there were.
For 3 people our bill came to just over $50 - not bad at all!! A friendly PSA that this spot is CASH ONLY, but there is an ATM with a $3.50 fee in the foyer. We will definitely be back!

We hadn't been to this restaurant in 20 years. Now that we live closer I knew we had to go. The restaurant is very nice aesthetically. The service was truly amazing. The coffee was refilled very often which made us coffee drinkers in the party very happy. We all had breakfast. Two of us had the sausage gravy and biscuits which is one of the most delicious ones that I have had in the area. We will definitely be back

They have such unique menu items! All of them were quite tasty & fairly priced with good portions! I'd totally go back!

A decent little place in Lackawanna, NY. They’ve got Greek stuff but also some American. I had the Chicken Supreme sandwich, and it was decent. Massive quantity of food especially the fries but no condiments on the sandwich and the staff were too busy to bug too much. Another letdown was the bathroom situation (just one toilet in an entire restaurant in men’s room) and the fact that they’re cash only.

The first time there went in by myself. I was greeted and sat quickly on a Sunday afternoon. The host grabbed me a coffee while seating me. The server told me she'd be with me shortly, and she was but never mentioned her name. I got a chicken souvlaki wrap that was huge for the price but had more feta cheese than chicken. Fries were crispy and hot but very bland (edible). The server checked on me halfway through the wrap and filled my coffee at that time but didn't see her much more than that. I waited a while for another cup of coffee that I never received before asking for the check when I did finally see her. They did have flavored creamer but only I only had 2 French Vanilla at my table.
