From the moment we walked into Brothers Restaurant in Buffalo, NY, it was clear we were in for a treat. The ambiance set the perfect tone for a leisurely brunch, and the service was impeccable, making us feel right at home. But let's talk about the highlight of our visit: the shrimp and grits. Finding quality shrimp and grits this far North can be quite a challenge, but Brothers Restaurant has truly outdone themselves. The dish was perfectly seasoned, with shrimp that were both succulent and flavorful, paired wonderfully with creamy, well-cooked grits. It's a must-try for any Southern cuisine aficionado or anyone looking to explore the depths of brunch offerings. In addition to the shrimp and grits, the French toast and soft shell crab were delightful. The French toast struck the perfect balance between fluffy and crispy, with just the right amount of sweetness. The soft shell crab was a unique treat, expertly prepared and bursting with flavor. Overall, our brunch at Brothers Restaurant was an unforgettable experience. It's clear that they put a lot of thought and care into their menu and the quality of their dishes. I can't recommend this place enough for anyone looking for an exceptional brunch experience in Buffalo. Five stars all the way!

We thought we’d give this place a try as it came up when I googled “restaurants near Roswell”. So glad we did. Food was excellent! Jerk chicken egg rolls were unique & delicious….recommended by the waitress. She also recommended the fried lobster…..was skeptical….but delicious! So good! Chicken curry, oxtails & all the sides were delicious as well! We’d definitely go back!

It seems to be hit or miss with this place. I tried them for the first time since my brother had them yesterday and said that the oxtails and everything was good except the portions was a little less than what he usually gets. Fine no big deal on that bc I never finish anyway. I had them today and I’m sad. I never want to bring down another black owned business but I believe in telling the truth. It smelled amazing and looked good like most of the reviews say but there was absolutely no flavor to the oxtails. The rice was also flavorless and way too many WHOLE BABY CARROTS and potatoes. That is what takes up most of the space with the rice. The yams and cabbage were about the best thing I had but could still use some work. The Mac and cheese was on the dry side which is okay if you like that but was still just ok. Not my preference. I hope they take the feedback and just try to improve and be consistent.

This spot is a definite spot in Buffalo to hit up! It’s clean and spacious. The menu is great if you want comfort food. We were a party of 8 so we each had a bit of everything but we started with the appetizers (no pics tho) of the Buffalo chicken dip (yum), jerk chicken nachos (slapping) and the jerk chicken egg rolls with a sweet chutney sauce (good also)! Our server was great…showed patience and was pleasant. Came and checked on us periodically and kept our “Logan berry” glasses full! Lol! (Sorry I totally forgot her name but she was a sweetheart) The oxtails we’re kind of too big for my taste but seasoned well, the cabbage could have been less spicy and the greens just missed the mark for us! The yams were great I will say tho because a lot of places mess those up on a daily but not here! YES! The ones who had fried chicken enjoyed it immensely and the seafood platter seemed to be a bit with the person who ordered that as well! Overall we had a good time and the food was good! Will definitely make my way there again when back in town!
